I have been waiting for a 31,000 payout from workers comp., it has been 2 years and my attorney says he has up to 5 years. I want to look into a structured settlment. Anyone have good experiences w/ companies. I have heard about Oasis which if you don't win you don't have to pay back but also it's fees are high. There website says if I take 1000 i'll owe 1500. any input?
